I attribute my success to my daughter. Becoming a mother at a young age motivated me to step up and build a career to support both of us. She has been my driving force throughout my professional journey.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Experience can be more important than a formal degree. Gain as much hands-on experience as possible, stay committed, and focus on building your skills and professional relationships. Persistence and practical knowledge are essential for success.
