01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I definitely value transparency and clear communication. Having high integrity and being very tailored to each client is huge to me. We're working with real people and it's a huge purchase, the biggest purchase of their life more than likely, and it's important to be more focused on the human aspect of it as opposed to sales.
