I attribute my success to the people who have encouraged and supported me in pursuing my dreams.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is not to limit myself. I chose mass communications and filmmaking rather than focusing solely on photography, which gave me broader experience that continues to strengthen my work as a photographer.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to find your niche, continually develop your skills, and believe in your abilities.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in photography are market oversaturation driven by accessible technology and the continued male dominance of the industry, including disparities in pricing.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value authenticity, quality, and staying true to myself. I believe in building my career on my own terms, prioritizing meaningful work over price, and recognizing when I need to step back and recharge.
