About Asia
Asia Stover is an accomplished business professional with more than a decade of experience spanning banking and finance, business execution, technology operations, data analytics, compensation management, and logistics. She currently serves as a Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, where she works within the Treasury organization on balance sheet interest rate risk initiatives. In this role, she leads cross-functional teams, coordinates complex business and technology initiatives, gathers and documents requirements, engages stakeholders, and develops solutions designed to streamline processes and improve business performance.
Throughout her career, Asia has built a strong reputation for connecting business needs with technology-driven solutions. Prior to Wells Fargo, she held leadership and project management roles at Sunbelt Rentals, where she led data visualization and business intelligence teams, developed reporting and dashboard solutions, and partnered with business and technology stakeholders to deliver enterprise initiatives. Her earlier experience includes financial systems, analytical reporting, compensation systems, and account management roles with organizations including Direct ChassisLink, MetLife, and Maersk Line. These experiences have given her a broad perspective across finance, technology, operations, and data-driven decision-making.
Asia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Winthrop University. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to hard work, determination, continuous growth, and leadership with purpose. She places strong value on integrity, honesty, kindness, and taking ownership, while encouraging women—particularly those building careers in banking and finance—to recognize their worth, advocate for themselves, and confidently take their place at the table. Outside of her professional life, Asia enjoys sports, spending time outdoors, and traveling.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Sit at the head of the table-do not be afraid. Don't be intimidated by others-know your worth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The more you know, the more you grow. Being positivity to others-you will get it back. Quality before quantity. Sit at the head of the table, never be afraid. There is not one chair you can't fulfill, as long as you have passion and conviction for it.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Continue to support businesses and individuals using by finance, accounting and leadership roles in banking to help continue strong growth for them.
