Asiya Mohamed

She is a versatile nonprofit leader and user experience designer with a unique blend of expertise in operations, strategic planning, and human-centered design, currently serving as Deputy Director at ARAHA, where she leads organizational strategy and operations. Prior to this role, she worked as a UX Designer at Clockwork, conducting user research and designing digital products, and as a Delivery & Innovation Specialist at Imagine Deliver, executing client projects focused on talent equity and strategic planning. She also served as Operations Specialist at Reviving the Islamic Sisterhood for Empowerment (RISE), where she supported a startup nonprofit in launching programs and building donor relationships. She holds a degree in Communications from Saint Catherine University and a User Experience Design Certification from Prime Digital Academy. She is recognized as a strategic, creative, and mission-driven leader who combines deep operational expertise with a passion for human-centered design and social impact.
