This position is really nice for women, it has more humanity. I encourage my daughter to be a med tech because she's good in biology and loves it.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is jumping from program to program, like switching from the old lab system to SunQuest which is totally different. We are adjusting over three months but still sometimes suffering a bit. The opportunity is to grow bigger, improve myself, and maybe get a good position later.

Being a brave woman as a single mom with two kids, handling home, work, and two teenagers by myself. Many people tell me I am brave to control everything in this life.
