Her Interview
Ten minutes with Asmita
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When I became a first-time mom, I battled with severe identity crisis... Women, we just keep working and gaining experience, and when your child is older, they won't need you, and that will be your time to shine... I don't think women should really choose career versus motherhood. Becoming a mother is going to make you so powerful, and your child really is your guiding light. The skills that you gain in motherhood are so useful to carry your careers forward, so I think they do go hand in hand.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Constant Learning, integrity and being humble. Doing the right thing is very important along with taking a stance.
