What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to consistent curiosity, disciplined learning, and community-first leadership. I’ve always believed that knowledge grows exponentially when shared. Staying adaptable, embracing feedback, and surrounding myself with mentors and diverse perspectives have helped me turn challenges into opportunities. Most importantly, my success is rooted in purpose using technology not just to innovate, but to uplift and empower others.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Build skills before titles, and impact before recognition.”
This advice taught me to focus on long-term growth rather than short-term validation. When you invest deeply in learning, execution, and service, leadership and recognition naturally follow.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Own your voice early. Technology especially AI needs diverse thinkers, ethical leaders, and confident women. Don’t wait until you feel “ready” to speak, lead, or apply.
Seek mentors, build communities, and never underestimate the power of consistency. Your perspective is not optional - it’s essential.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is responsible and inclusive AI adoption ensuring innovation scales ethically and equitably.
At the same time, this is the greatest opportunity. AI has the power to transform education, accessibility, and decision-making globally.
