About Audra

Audra is a talent acquisition leader and career coach with more than 15 years of experience helping people and organizations find the right fit. Her career in human resources began the way many great HR stories do—through an internship that sparked a lasting passion for recruiting, career development, and building strong, connections. Since then, she has progressed through a variety of HR and talent roles, gaining experience across industries and functions, and developing a reputation for being both strategic and deeply relational. She currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where he partners closely with leaders to deliver thoughtful, high-quality hiring outcomes.


Audra holds a master’s degree in Higher Education and brings an educator’s mindset to everything he does—whether coaching leaders, mentoring early-career professionals, or guiding students through career decisions. In addition to her corporate role, she was an adjunct professor and the founder of Career Concierge, where he supports high school students, college students, and professionals through coaching, resume and LinkedIn reviews, and career strategy sessions. Known for her practical advice, approachable style, and genuine care for people, Audra blends structure with empathy to help others move forward with clarity and confidence.

Document everything. Your contributions throughout the year, projects you contributed to, ideas you had, thank you notes, kudos from others - all the above.
