About Audra
Audra Wiese serves as a Senior Associate and independent broker with Ascent Financial Solutions, LLC. She entered the financial education and financial planning industry in September 2024. In her role, she assists clients with budgeting, debt management, establishing emergency funds, securing appropriate protection, building and preserving wealth, and achieving financial independence and freedom. Audra holds an associate's degree from Southeast Community College along with a phlebotomy certification and multiple state licenses covering life insurance, annuities, health, and accident and health. She attributes her success to a passion for helping people and values honesty, discipline, responsibility, and accountability in her work.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having a passion for helping people. It makes me feel good to assist others in achieving financial independence and confidently managing their money.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is that no one's going to help me, this is all on my shoulders, and if I want results, I have to make those results myself.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering the industry to pursue knowledge and education. Find something that you're passionate about and learn about that the most.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is building credibility in a small community where I didn't grow up, overcoming stereotypes in the financial world, and establishing honesty and trust. The opportunities are limitless with growth once you get into the market.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, discipline, responsibility, and taking accountability for where I am, whether good or bad, are the most important values to me.
