Audre’ Wever, CPA, President and Owner of A.Wever Advisory, is a finance executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience driving financial transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic growth for organizations across industries. She serves as the primary client contact at her firm, leading business growth and client acquisition, overseeing system implementations, developing executive-level financial reporting, and managing day-to-day operations, including payroll and HR compliance. Since founding A.Wever Advisory five years ago, she has grown the practice from a solo operation to a six-person team, expanding services into business transformation and outsourced accounting and finance solutions. Audre’’s career is marked by consistent advancement and multiple internal promotions across corporate finance roles. She began at Associated Electric Cooperative in Springfield, Missouri, advancing from staff accountant to accounting manager through senior accounting and FP&A positions. She further honed her expertise at BKD in software implementation and at BlueScope, where she led revenue recognition and lease standard implementations, Oracle reporting, and statutory reporting with teams in Mexico and the US. She also served as controller at the Cooperative Finance Association (CFA) before returning to BlueScope Coated Products in a leadership role, gaining extensive experience that laid the foundation for launching her own advisory firm. Known for her honesty, transparency, and practical collaboration, Audre’ specializes in optimizing financial operations, streamlining reporting, and implementing technology-driven solutions that ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Through her leadership, strategic insight, and entrepreneurial approach, Audre’ empowers organizations to transform their finance functions into agile, data-informed engines for growth and success.
