Audrey DiMartinez is a compassionate leader dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through her role as a Supervisor of Reminiscence at Sunrise Senior Living. With a background rooted in both care management and team leadership, Audrey ensures that residents receive not only exceptional support but also the dignity, respect, and personal connection they deserve. Audrey holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Audrey Cohen College, where she developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, accountability, and structured problem-solving. These skills, combined with her natural empathy and ability to connect with people, have shaped her approach to leadership and resident care. She is especially skilled in people management and account management, using her expertise to support both residents and staff effectively.
