Her Interview

Ten minutes with Autumn

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success is attributed to Jesus, the most high. He's the reason for the season.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Focus on yourself because if you're focusing on someone else's dreams or whatever they're doing, then you're losing time on growing your business. A lot of people compare too much and that's where they waste a lot of time and they stay in their emotions. You have to really lock in and focus on what you're doing.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Go all in. You have to take risks. You have to take chances because that's what I did. I took a risk, a huge risk, and it happened. I took a lot of no's before I got to where I was at. So just go in, even if you get the first no, you gotta keep going, no matter what.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The industry is always evolving and I feel like there's not enough time to learn everything that's out there.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity and class.
