Autumn’s career includes key positions with Moss Adams, Baldwin Accounting & Consulting, the Pueblo of Sandia, and Sandia Resort & Casino, where she developed strong foundations in auditing, financial reporting, and compliance. Over the years, she has built a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Autumn holds a Master of Business Administration from Western New Mexico University, where she was an active member of Delta Mu Delta, the international honor society for business. Her early academic journey in zoology—paired with extensive field research and animal welfare internships—reflects her lifelong curiosity, discipline, and hands-on work ethic. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my children—they are my greatest motivation and the driving force behind everything I do. Their presence inspires me to lead with purpose, push through challenges, and continually strive to grow both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is simple: never settle in a place where you’re not growing or fulfilled. If something doesn’t feel right, give yourself permission to explore new opportunities—you may discover a path that aligns more deeply with who you are and what you want. And above all, don’t let setbacks or failures stop you. Every challenge is part of the journey, so keep moving forward with resilience and confidence.
