About Autumn
Autumn Lawhun serves as Client Success Manager at Evercam, where she manages client kickoffs and onboarding for project teams across the United States on a SaaS platform focused on construction. Her work centers on reality-driven intelligence, including job site progress monitoring, statistics, and liability management. She brings three years of experience in the construction industry, having previously spent two years as an account manager with Hilti after starting in a wholesale mattress company role. Lawhun credits her professional growth to her persistent curiosity about learning and how things are built. She is a member of Rotary International through the Rotary Club of Career South Carolina, where she serves as president-elect, connecting her understanding of construction's community impacts with service initiatives.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think my curiosity, just never getting tired of being curious about what I'm learning.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was from a woman in the construction industry who told me to stand my ground. When walking into a meeting, everybody will try to look at the female to take notes, but stand your ground and say we're all capable of taking our own notes here, I'm not taking notes for everybody just because of being a woman.
