Her Story
About Ava
I founded Neuroscience Intelligence (NQ) Coaching, a proprietary approach that I've been developing since 2012, with the formal launch of NQ in 2017. I'm blessed to bring my neuroscience intelligence programs to global organizations, including top hedge funds, law firms, and hospitals. My work was reinforced by the McKinsey Global Health Institute report that came out in January of this year, which stated that if companies are going to survive, it's time to invest in employees' brain health. I help people understand their own biorhythms and biochemistry so they can manage them organically, without necessarily needing pharmaceuticals, creating a lifestyle approach that we are missing. NQ is like IQ and EQ - we have emotional intelligence that came around in the 80s, and now there's NQ. The truth is that your IQ and your EQ cannot function the way they're supposed to without NQ.
