Ava Vaughan serves as the Finance Manager at Daniel Schmitt & Co. Classic Car Gallery, where she oversees financial operations and ensures the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting processes. Alongside her professional responsibilities, Ava is pursuing an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management at St. Charles Community College. She actively engages in the college’s business entrepreneurship initiatives and is focused on expanding her expertise to pursue a future career in Human Resources management. Prior to her current role, Ava gained experience as an Infant Teacher at Kid’s Academy Weldon Spring, where she honed her interpersonal and organizational skills. Accountability- you cannot improve what you won’t admit. Respect- people will never forget the way you make them feel. Loyalty- where your loyalties lie reveals your true character. Growth- It’s not all about success, it’s also where you started and how you got there.
