Ten minutes with Avani

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents and my sister brother. They ask me tough questions if I do any decisions, or if I take my decision on my own, but they really grill me that why this, why not that, so I become more analytical. Because of they ask me questions, so I really put my, wherever I am right now, a lot of credit goes to them, my family, who really helped me to channel my energy into right directions.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say that women thinks little more than compared to the guys. So I would say, but they do the best in their job. So I would say use your strong strength, right? That's the women's strength. We do best in our work, whatever we do. Use your strength, apply it in your any challenge. Just look at any challenge as your opportunity to grow, okay? Be it a technical challenge, technical routine life challenge anything but see the challenge as an opportunity to grow and use your best options. Don't think that people would look at it or not, anybody's looking at you or not, don't think any of it. Just give your best, and then leave it the rest on the time, you know? Pay off. So don't worry about anything else. Give your best. See every challenge as an opportunity to grow yourself.
