01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My parents focused on being happy rather than titles or money. Find something that you love to do, because if you love your work, then everything else will fall into place. Picking a career is like picking a life partner - if the bad days don't overwhelmingly outweigh the good, you've got a problem.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find a mentor that you respect and inspires you. Ask them to help you articulate what's important to you. Carve out time to figure out if you're on the path you really want to be on. Know thyself - do the work to know who you are, what's important to you, your boundaries.
