Ayako Okoshi

Aya is a committed professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, corporate strategy, and global business development. She is highly skilled in managing the operations and private equity portfolio companies. Throughout her career, she has engaged in international business in 30+ countries.

She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of JINYA Holdings Inc. Her previous experience includes advising Japanese companies on US market entry strategies and originating and executing both cross-border and domestic M&A transactions at advisory firms. Prior to that, she developed her corporate strategy and portfolio management skills at ITOCHU Corporation, a Fortune 100 Global investment and trading firm/one of the 5 Warren Buffett's Japanese portfolio investments.

She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Kyoto University.
