Ayala Pavia

Ayala Pavia is a store director with 27 years of experience in the retail industry. She earned a Bachelor's of Science in International Business and began her career with an internship in the PR department at Valentino. She spent six years in sales at Neiman Marcus, followed by a management role at a Saks Fifth Avenue flagship store. After working five years as an account executive at FedEx in shipping and logistics during an economic downturn, she returned to retail, running her own store at Michael Kors and then at Marc Jacobs, which is part of LVMH. Most recently, she worked at Sephora before relocating to the Los Angeles area, where she now oversees leadership, profit analysis, training, hiring, stock operations, people management, and visual merchandising as if running her own business within a larger organization.
