Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a mix of inspiration, support, and mindset. I’ve been deeply inspired by the women engineers around me who showed me what’s possible, and by my family, who have always believed in me. I’m also grateful for helpful coworkers who challenged and supported me along the way. Above all, I’ve learned to believe that the sky is the limit-and that mindset has pushed me to keep growing and aiming higher.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to develop people skills alongside technical skills. Success isn’t just about what you know, but how you work with others. And just as important: don’t wait for others to tell you what to do-go find your own path and own it.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering the industry to focus on building strong relationships and not be afraid to seize opportunities as they arise. Taking initiative and stepping outside your comfort zone is essential for growth. Trust the process—things have a way of working out, whether through success, learning, or new direction.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in the field right now is the ability to grow through collaboration and shared expertise. Confidence plays a critical role in career development, and having the support of trusted colleagues can make a meaningful difference in navigating challenges, taking on new responsibilities, and advancing professionally.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, transparency, and integrity. I strongly believe that my word is my bond-when I commit to something, I follow through. These values guide how I build trust, make decisions, and maintain meaningful relationships, both professionally and personally.
