Aydan Jordan, MBA
Aydan Jordan, MBA, is a pioneering Women’s Health Experience Designer and Research Impact Strategist dedicated to transforming how health insights are translated into actionable care. With expertise spanning body literacy, wearable technology, and translational research, she ensures that critical health data informs protocols, products, and public health initiatives. Her work has secured $250K in funding for mobile-based sarcopenia screening, integrated multiple FemTech devices into pilot studies, and facilitated access to over 400 DEXA body composition scans, bridging clinical research with community impact.
Currently, Aydan leads operations and strategic partnerships at the SHEIS Research Laboratory and serves as a Research Project Manager at Kino Vision, Inc., where she advances tech-enabled, accessible health assessments. She has built and managed interdisciplinary teams, overseeing multi-site studies funded by the Department of Defense and supporting 200+ participants in clinical research. Aydan’s approach blends design thinking, equity, and systems-level strategy, making complex health data understandable and actionable for women across diverse communities.
Aydan’s commitment to health innovation is informed by her dual graduate studies in Health & Exercise Science and Health Care Administration/Management, as well as her leadership as a former NCAA student-athlete. Passionate about mentoring and collaboration, she has led international exchanges, public health campaigns, and interdisciplinary research teams. Through her work, Aydan is reshaping the narrative around women’s health, advocating for body literacy, evidence-based interventions, and technology-driven solutions that empower individuals to understand and act on their health.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the grit, perseverance, and dedication I developed as a Division I athlete, which has fueled my ability to overcome challenges and recently launch my own consulting business.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in work and life are balance, curiosity, and connection, and in my spare time I love anything water-related, reading, and surfing.
