Maintain a continuous growth mindset: absorb and learn in every role, and be comfortable making mistakes as part of growth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Vouch for yourself, speak up, seek advancement when deserved. Don't rely on staying in one place for decades and instead advocate for your career and well-being. Keep learning continuously and empower others by advocating for fair treatment and opportunities.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges include systemic bias in hiring and advancement and growing legal/compliance complexity (e.g., unions, visa issues, garnishments). The opportunities present themselves through driving cultural and procedural change within organizations to protect and empower employees.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Equality, empowerment, authenticity, work–life balance, continuous learning and environmental stewardship.
