About Bailey
I've been at OneStream for 4 years, and I've been doing marketing for about a year now. As a customer event specialist, my main goal is to interact more and give a good customer experience to all of our customers, prospects, and partners. Right now, I'm managing multiple programs for our user conference, including customer activations, executive meeting center, and customer engagement initiatives. For show floor activations, I work with different customers to make sure we're displaying their company the way they want and sharing how they use OneStream and what their story is really about. We're setting up interactive pieces, whether that's someone taking away a giveaway or taking a quiz. For the Executive Meeting Center, I go through all the meeting requests I get and decipher if that's something an executive would want to take on, and if not, who would be good to put in that position instead. I also cover a lot of the content at the event, managing all breakout sessions, making sure speakers are accurate, we have good solid descriptions and titles, and handling small logistical things. I manage Learning Labs too, which are sessions that customers enroll in where they can learn more about a specific part of the product. I love it a lot. It's been a great transition, and I think it's something that I truly want to stick with for, hopefully, the remainder of my career. Before marketing, I was in my prior role for 3 years.
