Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to all of my mentors and all the time that they've spent pouring into me. Their guidance and investment in my development has made me the person and the athletic trainer that I am today. The relationships I've built with my mentors throughout my career have been instrumental in shaping who I've become in this field.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is to go into each day with a new mindset, knowing that each day is going to be different. I've learned to be able to put my best foot forward, to blank out what happened yesterday, and to step into today fresh. This mindset helps me handle the unpredictable nature of my work and give my best to every athlete I work with, regardless of what challenges came up the day before.
