Barbara Morris Blake

I'm the founder and CEO of Elevate Organizations, a leadership coaching and training company I started in 2011 and have been running for over 14 years. My work is simple in mission but deep in impact: I help individuals and teams reach their full potential. In 2023, I formalized my flagship program, Elevate Your Leadership—a 16-week transformative coaching journey designed to build the skills leaders actually need to drive organizational success.

I work across Denver, Toronto, and Austin, offering customized solutions for clients who want to build high-performing teams or achieve meaningful professional growth.

Beyond my own company, I serve as a Board Member for the Texas Association of Business (since 2019) and previously served on the Board of Integral Care Foundation for eight years, supporting mental health, substance use disorder, and developmental disability programs in my community.

Before launching Elevate Organizations, I was President of Elevate Organizational Consulting, a division of Morris Group International, where I spent over a decade in executive leadership. I also served as President at Morris Group International from 1999 to 2006.

My entire career has been built on one belief: when you elevate human potential, you drive innovation and growth. That's what I wake up to do every day.
