About Barbara

I am an internationally recognized MBA admissions consultant and marketing strategist with deep expertise in business school admissions, enrollment marketing, and higher education communications. I am the Founder of MBA 360° Admissions Consulting, a practice I established in October 2016, where I provide expert guidance on school selection, essay and resume review, interview preparation, letter of recommendation strategies, and advisory services for applicants to the best business schools around the world. My clients have been accepted to top MBA and specialized master's programs at institutions including London Business School, INSEAD, Harvard Business School, Yale School of Management, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Wharton, Chicago Booth, Columbia Business School, Duke Fuqua, Berkeley Haas, MIT Sloan, Georgetown McDonough, Tuck, NYU Stern, HEC, Cornell Johnson, UNC Kenan-Flagler, Vanderbilt Owen, Kellogg, Michigan Ross, UT Austin McCombs, HKUST, Rotman, UCLA Anderson, and Harvard Kennedy School. I specialize in identifying key life experiences and achievements to craft compelling and distinctive narratives that help applicants stand out in a competitive admissions landscape.

Prior to launching my consulting practice, I served as Founder and MBA Marketing Consultant at Enrollment Strategies for over eight years, where I provided marketing consulting services for leading business schools worldwide to increase awareness and drive leads for full-time MBA, part-time MBA, International MBA, EMBA, and specialized master's programs. I developed strategic content for digital marketing communications including blogs, email campaigns, and social media, and I have been a sought-after industry speaker and media contributor to Poets & Quants, Business Because, U.S. News & World Report, and the AACSB Best Business Schools Blog. I also participated in a convening of business schools at The White House in 2015 to expand opportunities for women in business.

Earlier in my career, I served as Vice President of Innovation and Development at Converge Consulting, where I recommended and implemented digital marketing strategies for higher education institutions, and as Assistant Director of Executive MBA Programs at Loyola University Maryland, where I marketed and recruited for graduate business programs generating over twelve million dollars in annual revenue, launched the first Admissions blog, and was part of a team that achieved the first-ever international ranking for the Executive MBA program. I also served as an Admissions Reader at The Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, evaluating over three hundred applications from five continents for the highly selective Master of Arts program.

Across my career in MBA admissions consulting, enrollment marketing, and higher education, my work has been driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and professional goals and for helping institutions connect with talented, diverse candidates. Whether I am coaching an applicant through the MBA admissions process, developing marketing strategies for a business school, or speaking at industry events, I bring strategic insight, a deep understanding of the admissions landscape, and a commitment to excellence that has earned the trust of clients and institutions around the world. I am proud of the work I have done and excited to continue helping applicants and schools achieve their goals through MBA 360° Admissions Consulting.
