01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say that my primary leadership style is that of a servant leader. I try to build trust among those that I work with. I coach rather than command. And I hold people accountable. And I think those things have contributed to my success.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Not to let fear lead her. During our lifetimes we encounter different situations and a lot of times we have this overwhelming sense of fear. I would say just take some time to breathe, don't jump and make a decision based on that emotion. Don't let fear be the leader. Have confidence in yourself, have faith in yourself, and try to take some of the emotion out of the decisions that you have to make.
