Barbara Moyer

She is a dedicated nonprofit leader and development professional with over a decade of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, and program management, currently serving as Director of Development at Richcroft Inc, where she leads fundraising and development strategy. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Marketing, Communications and Events at The Arc of Howard County, where she led marketing and event strategy, and as Marketing and Events Manager and Program Manager for Project SEARCH, a partnership promoting paid employment for transitioning youth with intellectual disabilities. Her career includes serving as Sales Trainer at Jenny Craig. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Niagara University. She is recognized as a passionate, strategic, and mission-driven leader who is deeply committed to advancing opportunities for individuals with disabilities and building strong community partnerships.
