Barbara Valentine

She is a seasoned executive coach, consultant, and business leader with over five decades of experience in corporate management, human resources, sales leadership, and coaching across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Coach at MantraCare, she partners with individuals and organizations globally to achieve professional and personal goals through emotional and physical wellness support. She is also Principal of Performance + Coaching, where she provides business coaching, leadership coaching, and entrepreneurial coaching using a holistic, performance-based approach. She serves as Partner and Senior Consultant at George F. Walker Consulting Services, LLC, focusing on transportation and utility markets. Her distinguished corporate career includes serving as VP of Human Resources at The Bank of California and as National Sales Manager at Xerox's Education Group, where she was one of the first two women Sales Managers within Xerox, responsible for a nationwide sales team and new product development. She holds an MS in Education and Psychology from Hofstra University and a BBA in Business and Education from Adelphi University, where she completed her degree in three years on a full scholarship.
