I attribute my success to staying true to who I am, treating others with respect and kindness, and remaining open to growth. I value listening, learning, and embracing constructive feedback as opportunities to improve.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is, “If you don’t do it, your replacement will.” It taught me to take ownership, follow through on my responsibilities, and always be honest and direct rather than sugarcoating the truth.
