About Barbara

Barbara A. Boldt is a seasoned executive communication coach, keynote speaker, and author with a mission to help introverted and technical professionals communicate with confidence and impact. With over 25 years of global experience—including a distinguished academic career in Switzerland—Barbara specializes in coaching engineers, IT professionals, and finance leaders who are seeking to transition into leadership roles. Through her company, Boldt Global, LLC, she provides one-on-one coaching that helps clients overcome communication barriers, elevate their executive presence, and learn how to “pitch” ideas persuasively without compromising authenticity.

Barbara’s approach is rooted in her deep understanding of intercultural communication, her hands-on experience coaching professionals from over 35 countries, and her belief that great communication is as much about mindset and behavior as it is about messaging. Whether helping clients navigate impromptu speaking situations, deliver high-stakes presentations, or lead with clarity and empathy, Barbara equips them with practical tools that foster genuine connection and influence. Currently based in Farmington, Michigan, Barbara is also working on a forthcoming book that will offer even more insights into mastering leadership communication.
