Baylei’s professional journey began on the East Coast, where she coached Division II volleyball and honed her skills in athlete development and program coordination. She later transitioned into marketing and communications, completing her MBA in a condensed timeline and discovering a passion for storytelling and brand building. This combination of coaching experience, marketing acumen, and data-driven decision-making has shaped her holistic approach to athletic administration, preparing her to lead impactful initiatives in collegiate sports.
