What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to work hard, be confident in your abilities, and always do your best. Don’t wait for validation or approval from others—trust yourself and the value you bring.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that women often start at a disadvantage compared with their male peers and may need to work harder to prove themselves, which can sometimes lead to burnout. At the same time, there are significant opportunities—particularly in biotechnology and biologics roles—which offer exciting paths for professional growth for those willing to put in the extra effort.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are respect, honesty, and integrity. I also prioritize clear communication and a strong work ethic, which guide how I interact with others and approach every task I take on.
