My main area of expertise is really working on trauma - how we can unlock all the negative emotions we can keep. It's really about turning the wounds into strength. I'm here to help people find the light again and rebuild their self-esteem. I help people decide to no longer let the past define their present. It's time to stop surviving - that's my message. I'm always learning and adding more skills. I'm a certified NLP practitioner, and I'm certified in Reiki and EFT. I think if I'm here today, it's with everything - starting with having a master in psychology was great, and each coaching training added me more skills. One really significant change in my life was maybe the last training, because I think with everything that happened in my life, I clearly understand the why beyond the why of why I'm here.
