Ten minutes with Beatriz
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say persistence. Persistence, being a hard worker, and knowing what you want.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Everyone is necessary, no one's indispensable.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always believe in themselves, and believe in what they can do, and persist until they are where they want to be.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One main challenge is the economy in general, political like tariffs, and being creative enough to foresee what people will want, see the trends, where those trends are going. It's very challenging but also very fun.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Personally, the main one is family, family oriented. Professionally, being respectful to everybody and trying to be interested in the people I work with as humans and not just as people I work with.
