About Beatriz
Beatriz Misas is the founder and owner of Solutions2You in Sunrise, Florida, where she works as a project manager and chief program manager. A system engineer with a master's degree from Colombia and over 20 years of experience as a PMI project manager, she specializes in software development, artificial intelligence, and enterprise architecture implementation. Beatriz is currently pursuing her ISO 42001 certificate to further support best practices in enterprise architecture for her clients. She attributes her success to improving processes and systems that enhance quality of life for people and organizations. Her core values center on ethics and honesty, and she advises young women entering the field to work diligently with clear purpose and integrity.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My motivation is health for the company. The best life for the people. When the people have the new system information, the life is better. The best solution, the life is better. When the process improves, the life is better for the people.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The advice and the honesty is the work a lot. Honesty and work, because the life is not easy. You're required to work, and honestly, have the proposed in the life. A good proposal.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The challenge is find the company to begin, and help this company for the implementation. Because the people don't understand what is the risk for the ER in this company.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The more balanced is ethic. It's very important, the ethic for my career. Honestly.
