What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the incredible support and guidance I've received from two strong mentors. Ms. Janette was my rock—both personally and professionally. She offered wisdom, motivation, and unwavering encouragement when I needed it most. Today, my current manager, Ms. Julie, continues to inspire me by empowering me to show up as my best self every day. Their belief in me has made all the difference.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to truly love what you do and lead with passion. When you're passionate, it shows—and it keeps you going even on the tough days. Also, don’t forget to elevate and empower those around you. There’s strength in supporting one another and growing together.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are balance, connection, and curiosity. I love traveling—it’s one of my favorite ways to explore new perspectives and recharge. I also enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and walking, which help me stay grounded. Spending time with family is incredibly important to me, and I always make space for reading, especially books that inspire growth and reflection.
