Dedicated human services and mental health professional with nearly three decades of experience supporting seniors and vulnerable populations. Currently serving as a service coordinator at Nokomis Healthy Seniors, providing comprehensive care coordination, home assessments, advocacy, and community resource linkage to help seniors maintain independent living.

Extensive responsibilities include volunteer recruitment and supervision, program reporting, database management, and leading health and wellness initiatives such as exercise classes, caregiver and diabetes support groups, and community education on healthy aging.

Also works as an outpatient mental health therapist, delivering clinical support to individuals through Nokomis Healthy Seniors and previously with Nystrom & Associates. Known for a compassionate, community-centered approach that integrates mental health care, wellness programming, and social support services to improve quality of life.
