Becky Heidesch

Becky Heidesch, MBA, MS, BS, is the founder of WSS Executive Search, a nationwide retained search firm specializing in the recruitment and advancement of women and diverse executive leaders, the author of "The Career Masterclass for Women: Staying Marketable and Succeeding in a Changing Business Environment", and the founder of the STEEP Qualifications® framework. A model for building, managing, or changing careers.

A lifelong champion of career empowerment, Becky has also founded two online career centers, a women's sports marketing and events agency, and a national women’s sports publication. Earlier in her career, she held roles in human resources and higher education and served as a consultant for organizations including Oshman’s Sporting Goods, Franklin Covey, and Hyundai Motor America.
