Becky Morrison

A dedicated music educator and higher education faculty leader with extensive experience in music teacher education and choral instruction. She currently serves as Professor of Music Education at Dallas Baptist University and previously taught in Liberty University’s graduate music program. At Ouachita Baptist University, she served as Assistant Professor of Music and Chair of Music Education, where she led the choral music education sequence, supervised student teachers, and founded programs including the Ouachita Kodály Summer Program and the Ouachita Honor Choir. She holds a DMA in Voice from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Music in Music Teacher Education from Boston University.
