About Belinda
Belinda Heater serves as Senior Project Office Manager in the civil construction industry, where she has worked for 4 years after transitioning from oil and gas. In her role, she manages all craft items including payroll, human resources, point of contact duties, changes, promotions, and supervisor adjustments. Prior to this, she spent 11 years in finance before moving into facilities and real estate in oil and gas, where she worked for 11 years as an assistant facilities manager handling commercial build-outs, building closures, HVAC decommissioning, space planning, employee training, work order management, and stakeholder relations. An ex-military veteran who served in the Navy, she leads by example in her professional achievements. Her educational background includes a master's degree earned in 2022 and formal training in facility management from California Irvine, complemented by certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, PHR, and FMP.
