Her Interview
Ten minutes with Bella
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success first to God and second to my family. I believe God has blessed me with the gifts of leadership and the ability to inspire others to believe in themselves and reach their potential.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that it’s okay to be wrong, just don’t stay wrong for long. I’ve learned to try different approaches, recognize when something isn’t working, and make adjustments rather than forcing something that isn’t the right fit.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to outwork others, trust their instincts, and surround themselves with people who reflect the level they aspire to reach. Hold yourself and others accountable, and learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, because growth often happens outside your comfort zone.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
As a woman in a male-dominated industry, I’ve often had to work harder to have my voice heard. I’ve learned to come prepared with strong data and evidence to support my decisions, while continuing to prove myself and demonstrate the value of my perspective.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are honesty, integrity, adaptability, humility, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of drive. I believe in staying flexible, being willing to learn, and remaining hungry for growth while building trust through my actions.
