Bella Ramey

Bella Ramey is an Independent Medical Device Sales Representative and entrepreneur based in Atlanta, Georgia. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, she launched BR Med Sales LLC in May 2024 and began building her own medical device sales territory from the ground up. Combining her marketing background with a strong work ethic, she has developed a thriving independent distributorship through strategic cold calling, account development, operating room support, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to surgeons and healthcare teams.

Inspired by her father, veteran medical device representative Rich Ramey, Bella entered the medical sales industry with a passion for innovation and relationship-building. Guided by the mentorship of her father and his longtime business partner, she has successfully introduced advanced surgical technologies across new markets, helping expand access to innovative products in orthopedic, plastic, hand, and nerve repair procedures. Known for her organization, preparation, and reliability in the operating room, she believes success comes from staying level-headed, embracing challenges, and continually learning through experience. Her professional accomplishments have earned her recognition as one of Influential Women's featured honorees for 2026.

Beyond her professional achievements, Bella credits her faith and relationship with God as the foundation of her resilience, providing the steadiness needed to navigate the highs and lows of an independent sales career. She is passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation of medical sales professionals and hopes to mentor and recruit young representatives, encouraging them to pursue opportunities before they feel completely ready. Outside of work, Bella volunteers at a local animal shelter, reflecting her lifelong love for dogs and cats and her commitment to giving back to her community.
