Belle Ghirmay
Belle Ghirmay is a seasoned supply chain solutions expert with a strong background in sales, account management, and business development. Currently serving as the National Business Development Manager at DEM Manufacturing, she specializes in delivering value by integrating people, technology, and results to optimize client outcomes. With a career spanning roles at Xometry, AT&T, and other organizations, Belle has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage complex pipelines, grow key accounts, and navigate challenging timelines while maintaining a focus on building lasting relationships.
Belle earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Information Communication Technology from the University of Kentucky, where she also engaged in volunteer work coordinating youth mentoring and education programs through Operation Motivation. Her early experiences in customer-facing roles, including at Joseph-Beth Booksellers and as a social media evaluator for Appen, helped her develop a keen understanding of client needs and operational excellence.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Belle is committed to community service and animal welfare, volunteering with organizations such as the Humane Society. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my upbringing—my parents came from a developing country, worked incredibly hard to build a life in America, and instilled in me a strong sense of work ethic.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to get comfortable being the only woman in the room, stay curious, and never hesitate to ask questions.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are family, creativity, adventure, and staying active through hiking and enjoying live music.
