About Benae
Benae Cox is the Founder and CEO of The Director's Vision. In this role, she acts as a fractional operations partner, assisting busy founders with organizing the behind-the-scenes operations of their businesses. This includes putting better systems in place, keeping important projects moving, and offering team support, strategy support, and accountability. She draws on her background in social media marketing and launched the business a few months ago. Benae attributes her success to her faith and perseverance, noting that she was faith-led to be patient rather than rush the start of her company, and she continued despite personal challenges such as her son's car accident.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My faith and perseverance. I was faith-led to be patient and not rush starting the business, and despite personal challenges like my son's car accident, I kept going and saw opportunities open up.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Keep going. Despite everything going on in the background of my life, perseverance has allowed me to carry it all and see doors open.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The worst thing someone can say is no. Shift your perspective because what if they say yes? Never let something hold you back.
