Before entering the food industry, Beth began her career as a network engineer and later transitioned into marketing roles at major food-service companies, including Sysco Central Florida and IFH. These experiences helped shape her understanding of both technology and business operations—skills she now applies to her own companies. In addition to her catering enterprise, Beth is the CEO of Hey Joe Properties LLC and Hey Joe Capital, reflecting her entrepreneurial footprint in both real estate and commercial rentals.
