What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my personal journey and my dedication to helping others. Raising a child with special needs inspired me to become a teacher, and after years in middle school education, I found a new direction as an energetic alignment life coach, helping people understand how the frequency of their thoughts, emotions, and words shapes their reality. Listening to my body and trusting my intuition guided me through my transition from teaching to coaching, speaking, and now teaching part-time at my alma mater, Western Connecticut State University.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple but powerful: work hard and stay committed, even when the path isn’t clear.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Listen to your body and trust your intuition—it will guide you more than you realize. Take care of yourself and create grounding habits so you’re clear, aligned, and ready to recognize the opportunities meant for you.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
My greatest challenge is gaining visibility to create opportunities, but I trust that remaining true to who I am and what I want will naturally attract the opportunities meant for me.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value alignment, intuition, and presence—both in my work and my personal life. I cherish time reading, being near water, gardening, and spending meaningful moments with my daughters, husband, and grandchildren, all of which keep me grounded and connected.
