Her Interview

Ten minutes with Beth

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from the people around me, teams who trust each other, mentors who opened doors, and communities that believe in lifting others as they climb. I work hard, but I’m very aware of those who have helped contribute to my success.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to find your people; those who challenge you, teach you, and cheer for you. Then lift them up every chance you get. Surround yourself with people you can learn from, stay curious, and never trade your authenticity for acceptance. Your real power shows up when you show up as yourself.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do it. This industry is vibrant, fulfilling, and full of incredible people who will challenge you, support you, and help you grow. Own your ability to lead, even before you feel ‘ready,’ and step into every room with confidence and authenticity. There is so much room here for women who are ready to lead.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in our field is the effective implementation of technology. There’s no shortage of new and shiny tools, but real success comes from implementing with intention, understanding the people, the workflow, and the customer impact before chasing the next trend. Technology should solve problems, not create new ones, and that requires thoughtful adoption, clear communication, and a deep understanding of how it affects every stakeholder.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me at work and at home are taking ownership for my actions, communicating with intention, and leading boldly even when the path isn’t easy. I want my two little girls to see what their mom has built, not because it was perfect, but because it was done with purpose, courage, and heart. I want them to grow up knowing they can chase big dreams, stand tall in who they are, and create their own impact.
